The air compressor of the direct-connected transmission does not consider the problem of balancing the inertial force, and the vibration and noise are also large. At the same time, the air compressor has no problem with the fan-blowing heat dissipation, which reduces the service life. In short, the large amount of vibration, high power consumption, high noise, complex structure, and unstable operation are the main defects of the electric air compressor for the transmission of new energy vehicles.


The main demand for new energy commercial vehicles for vehicle oil-free air compressors is durability and long service life; low maintenance cost and low operating noise; low peripheral control pipelines and high integration; small size and light weight. Different air compressors have different uses, and the air compressors for vehicles also have their own characteristics. In contrast, the current slide machine and small piston machine are more suitable for new energy commercial vehicles. However, due to the limited environment of the vehicle, it is not possible to set up compressed air after-treatment equipment, and it will increase the one-time investment cost and additional maintenance cost.
